d\u2019Alzheimer\u2019s and Dementia: recherche translationnelle et interventions cliniques. Ses recherches portent sur les d\u00e9terminants des maladies neurologiques, en particulier de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, et s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse particuli\u00e8rement au r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;exposition aux facteurs de risque vasculaires et aux activit\u00e9s stimulantes sur le plan cognitif, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux marqueurs d&rsquo;imagerie (Tomographie par \u00c9mission de Positons, Imagerie par R\u00e9sonnance Magn\u00e9tique) du vieillissement et de la maladie du cerveau. Elle s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement aux d\u00e9fis m\u00e9thodologiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;analyse des \u00e9tudes sur les d\u00e9terminants de la sant\u00e9 du cerveau et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l&rsquo;initiative internationale MELODEM, qui vise \u00e0 harmoniser les approches analytiques dans les \u00e9tudes longitudinales sur la d\u00e9mence. Le Dr Dufouil est co-investigatrice de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des 3 Cit\u00e9s (centre de Dijon).
